增压直喷柴油机EGR率测试及优化研究

摘  要:
针对增压直喷柴油机,开展了应用废气再循环(EGR)技术降低氮氧化物(NOx)排放的研究。研究了 不同FGR率对发动机13工况下性能和排放的影响规律,并优选了发动机13工况下EGR率。利用设计的EGR 电控系统,实现了发动机13工况的EGR率的自动控制,并通过试验对EGR系统进行了验证。

摘  要:
The technology of exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) has been researched in a turbocharged direct-injected diesel engine in order to reduce Nitrogen Oxides (NOX) emission. The effects of different EGR rate on the performance and emission of the engine have been researched under 13 operating modes and the optimum EGR rates has been determined to meet the requirements of power, economy and emissions. Through the electronic control system, the EGR rate of 13 operating modes can be controlled automatically. The engine dynamometer test results show that the EGR system is effective.
