农用柴油机废气再循环系统的设计

摘  要:
针对农业机械增压直喷柴油机开展废气再循环技术的研究与应用,以降低氮氧化物(NOx)排放为最终目标,分析了增压柴油机实现废气再循环控制的难点,并制定了一套适用性较强的排气再循环系统。通过发动机试验证实,该排气再循环系统的实际控制效果达到了明显降低氮氧化物排放的目的。

摘  要:
The technology about Exhaust Gas Recirculation(EGR) has been researched and used in an agriculture turbocharged direct-injected diesel engine in order to reduce Nitrogen Oxides emission.The difficulty about EGR control system in a turbocharged diesel engine was analyzed,and an effective kind of EGR system was designed.It is proved by actual engine tests that this EGR system researches the aims of reducing Nitrogen Oxides emission effectively.
