芋病毒病田间调查及毒氟磷对芋病毒病的防治效果

摘  要:
对芋病毒病及类似病害症状进行调查,其症状表现主要分为羽状花叶、叶片向上卷曲并伴有黄化或花叶、脉间黄化、明亮褪绿黄斑、褪绿斑点(斑驳)及叶片皱缩和叶缘黄化。采用RT-PCR和PCR技术对随机采集的32份表现症状的鄂芋一号样品进行了芋花叶病毒(DsMV)和芋杆状病毒(TaBV)2种病毒的检测,检出率均为68.8%。同时,利用30%毒氟磷可湿性粉剂500倍液和1 000倍液对芋病毒病进行田间药效试验,第一次施药后10 d调查,毒氟磷可湿性粉剂500倍液和1 000倍液的防治效果分别为30.9%和24.9%;第二次施药后15 d调查,500倍液和1 000倍液防治效果分别为72.8%和59.4%。田间药剂试验结果表明,毒氟磷可湿性粉剂500倍液比1 000倍的防治效果好,从田间芋头长势可看出,毒氟磷对芋头生长有明显的促进作用。

摘  要:
In this paper,we surveyed virus and virus-like diseases on taro [Colocasia esculenta(L.) Schott] cultivar E'yu No.1,and the main symptoms on the leaves were as follows: feathery mottle,curled-up leaves with yellowing or mosaic,interveinal yellowing,bright yellowing spots,chlorotic mottle,leaf crinkle and margin yellowing.Totally,32 samples showing obvious symptoms were randomly collected and detected for both dasheen mosaic virus(DsMV) and taro bacilliform virus(TaBV) by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and PCR.The results showed that the infectious rates of the both viruses were 68.8%.The field efficacy test for taro virus diseases was carried out by using 500 and 1 000 times diluted solutions of 30% Dufulin wettable powder(WP),and their control efficiency were 30.9% and 24.9% respectively at 10 days after the first spraying,and increased to 72.8% and 59.4% at 15 days after the second spraying.The results showed that 500 times diluted solution of 30% Dufulin WP had higher controlling efficiency to taro virus diseases than that of 1 000 times diluted solution.Meanwhile,it was found that Dufulin could improve the growth of taro.
