摘 要:
选体重37公斤的杂交猪50头,分为10组,试验两个月。采用正交设计,外加一个玉米对照组。红苕干三水平为30、50、70%,蛋氨酸三水平为0、0.05、0.10%,赖氨酸三水平为0、0.15、0.25%(第一个月),0、0.10、0.20%(第二个月),探讨红苕干使用的适宜比例、赖、蛋氨酸添加的必要性和适宜添加量。结果表明:在不等蛋白水平下,只要添加氨基酸,红苕干可完全替代玉米,用量可达70%;猪红苕饲粮中,添加赖氨酸是必要的,蛋氨酸可以不加;赖氨酸适宜添加量为0.1~0.15%。

摘 要:
For 2 months, 50 crossbred pigs, averaging initial liveweight 37kg, were divided into ten groups and were given a control diet of maize or diets with 42.86, 71.43, or 100% of the maize replaced by sweet potato chips. Orthogonal design was used. The three levels of sweet potato chips were 30, 50, 70%, those of methionine was 0,0.05, 0.10%, those of lysine was 0, 0.15, 0.25% (the first month) and 0, 0.10, 0.20% (the second month). The purpose was to study the proper proportion of sweet potato chip usage and the necessarity and proper level of supplementing lysine and methionine. The results showed that if amino acids were supplemented, sweet potato chips could replace 100% maize not on the same protein level and were used as high as 70%. It was necessary to supplement lysine in the sweet potato chips diet without methionine The proper supplemental level of lysine was 0.1~0.15%.
