桂闽引象草与木薯酒精渣微贮饲料对黑山羊生长性能、血清生化、消化及经济效益的影响

摘  要：
试验旨在探究桂闽引象草与木薯酒精渣微贮饲料对黑山羊生长性能、血清生化指标、养分表观消化率及经济效益的影响。试验选取24只体重为（29.79±2.08） kg的5月龄黑山羊，随机分为3组，每组8个重复，每个重复1只黑山羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮，试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组分别在基础饲粮中添加50%、100%的桂闽引象草和木薯酒精渣微贮饲料替代全株玉米青贮。预试期15 d，正式试验期50 d。结果显示，试验Ⅱ组的总增重、平均日增重和平均日干物质采食量均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组料重比显著低于对照组（P<0.05），增重收益、毛收益均高于对照组。试验Ⅱ组总胆红素显著低于对照组（P<0.05），干物质表观消化率显著高于试验Ⅰ组（P<0.05）；试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组粗脂肪和酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；试验Ⅰ组淀粉表观消化率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。研究表明，桂闽引象草和木薯酒精渣微贮饲料可以提高黑山羊生长性能、经济效益和养分表观消化率，对血清生化指标、血常规指标无负面影响，且100%替代全株玉米青贮效益最佳。

摘  要：
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of Guimin elephant grass and cassava alcohol dregs micro-stored feed on the growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,nutrients apparent digestibility,and economic benefits of black goats.A total of 24 aged five months with an average body weight of(29.79±2.08)kg black goats were randomly divided into three groups,with eight replicates per group and one goat per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were supplemented with 50％and 100％of the Guimin elephant grass and cassava alcohol dregs micro-stored feed,respectively,replacing whole corn silage in the basal diet.The pre-test period was 15 days and the formal test period was 50 days.The results showed that the total weight gain,average daily weight gain,and dry matter intake of group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The feed conversion ratio of groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05),and both weight gain and wool profit were higher than those of the control group.The total bilirubin of group Ⅱ was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05),and the apparent digestibility of dry matter was significantly higher than that of groupⅠ(P＜0.05),the apparent digestibility of crude fat and acid detergent fiber of groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05),the apparent digestibility of starch of group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The study indicates that the addition of Guimin elephant grass and cassava alcohol dregs micro-stored feed can improve the growth performance,economic benefits,and nutrient apparent digestibility of in black goats,without adverse effects on serum biochemical and blood routine indicators,and 100％replacement of whole corn silage had the best benefits.
