毒害艾美耳球虫早熟株与亲本株繁殖力的观察

摘  要：
为选育毒害艾美耳球虫(E.necatri)早熟株,了解其繁殖力,为早熟弱毒活苗的研制奠定基础,本试验运用球虫的单卵囊分离技术得到一株E.necatrix(P0),并对其进行了早熟选育,得到了E.necatrix早熟株P8。P0和P8分别以0.05×104、0.1×104、0.5×104和1×104个/只的剂量接种11日龄雏鸡,接种后第7～13天每天检测粪便中的卵囊产量。结果表明,P0与P8均为接种0.5×104个/只的卵囊产量最大;P8的繁殖力是P0的55%;P8的卵囊高峰期较P0有提前趋势。

摘  要：
In order to select the precocious strain of the E.necatrix and understand the reproduction,further develop the anti-chicken coccidiosis precocious attenuation vaccine on the basic characteristics of the precocious strain.One strain was isolated and identified as P0 using the single oocyst isolation technique and selected for precocious strain through 8 generations as P8.The 11-day chickens were challenged with P0 and P8 separately at 0.05×104,0.1×104,0.5×104 and 1.0×104 per-merely,detecting the reproduction 7～13 post-challenge everyday.Both the reproduction of P0 and P8 were highest at 0.5×104 per-merely;the average gross output value of P8 was 55% of P0 ;the oocyst fastigium of P8 was ahead of P0.
