转型背景下的计算机应用型人才培养模式研究与实践

摘  要：
地方高校的转型发展是推动我国高等教育分类管理的重要举措,也是提高地方高校服务地方经济、提高服务社会能力的基本路径。要真正实现转型发展,就是要改变原来已经形成的办学模式,需要按新的办学类型和任务重新设计人才培养方案,这不仅仅是全面修正,而且是主动求新求变的过程,更是一个创新的过程,培养高素质应用型人才不仅是适应当今社会经济发展、产业转型升级的需要,也是高等教育自身改革发展的需要。本文以吉林农业科技学院的计算机科学与技术专业为例,探讨了在转型背景下的人才培养模式的研究,对全国应用型转型的本科院校的人才培养改革方面具有一定的参考价值。

摘  要：
The transformation development of local universities is not merely a significant measure to promote the classified management of higher education in our country,but also the essential route to improve the social service capability in supporting the construction of local economy. It is necessary to redesign the program of talent training according to the new pattern and task of universities,which is not only a comprehensive revision,but also a process of seeking new changes energetically. Moreover,it is a process of innovation. To cultivate the high-quality applied talents is to meet the needs of local,social and economic development. It is also the requirement of industrial transformation and upgrading. Meanwhile,it is also the needs of the reform and development of higher education itself. This paper takes the major of computer science and technology in Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology College as an example to discuss the mode of talent training under the background of social transformation,which is valuable regarding to the reform of talent training mode in the nationwide applied-oriented universities.
