杏鲍菇渣与鸭粪联合高温堆肥发酵参数研究

摘  要:
以杏鲍菇渣、鸭粪为原料,选择物料配比(鸭粪与杏鲍菇渣体积比)、含水量、加菌量和菌种4个因素,采取L16(45)正交试验设计,进行高温堆肥试验,测定温度、养分含量、白菜种子发芽指数等指标,并对相关指标进行极差分析和方差分析,利用综合平衡法得出最佳发酵参数。结果表明,除了处理TA4,TB4,TC4,TD4之外,其他处理均1d就到达50℃,处理TA2,TA3,TB3,TC3,TD2,TD3 50℃以上高温持续10d以上;处理TD4,TA3,TB3,TC3,TD3的总养分含量增至5.5%以上。4个因素对杏鲍菇渣和鸭粪联合堆肥影响作用从大到小排序为含水量、物料配比、加菌量、菌种,最佳发酵参数为含水量65%、物料配比1∶5、加菌量2.4%、菌种MF21。研究结果表明杏鲍菇渣与鸭粪联合堆肥可以使堆体迅速升温,并能保持较长高温持续期,使得堆肥后养分含量大幅提高,达到无害化和资源化的目的。

摘  要:
Using Pleurotus eryngii residue and duck manure as raw materials,an aerobic composting test was performed by L16(45)orthogonal design including four factors:material ratio,water content,the amount of bacteria and strains,and the temperature,nutrient content,germination index of cabbage seeds were measured.Through range analysis and variance analysis on relevant indicators,the optimum fermentation parameters were investigated using integrated balance method.The results showed that,except treatments of TA4,TB4,TC4,TD4,the temperature in other treatments reached 50℃ within one day,and high temperature phase above 50℃in treatments of TA2,TA3,TB3,TC3,TD2,TD3lasted for more than 10days.The total nutrient contents in treatments of TD4,TA3TB3,TC3,TD3exceeded 5.5%.Influence on aerobic co-composting of P.eryngii residue and duck manure were sorted in descending order:water content,material ratio,the amount of bacteria and strains.Optimum fermentation parameters were the water content of 65%,material ratio 1:5,the amount of bacteria of 2.4%,and strain MF21.These results illustrated that the co-composting can rapidly heat the pile and maintain a long duration of high temperature,resulting in the significant increase on nutrient content to realize innocuity and resource utilization.
