2BQ-3型气吸式精播机工况监测无线收发装置的研究

摘  要:
针对目前2BQ-3气吸式精播机缺少性能可靠的监测系统的问题,研究一种2BQ-3气吸式精播机工况监测无线收发装置。该装置由光电传感器采集种子与肥料信号,以具有无线收发功能的微处理器CC2510芯片作为控制核心,配有相关的硬件电路,完成对种子信号及肥料信号的处理分析、信号的无线传输与报警等功能。

摘  要:
Currently,2BQ-3 air-suction seeding machine is lack of a reliable monitoring system. This research is aimed at designing the wireless transceiver device for the working condition of 2BQ-3 air-suction seeding machine. The device uses photoelectric sensors to collect seeds signal and fertilizer signal. The system uses CC2510 chip as the control center. With the support of hardware circuits,it can process the signals of seeds and fertilizer,send wireless signals and make alarm.
