240g/L氯氟醚菌唑·吡唑醚菌酯乳油高效液相色谱分析方法研究

摘  要：
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水为流动相,使用Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在230nm及275nm波长下对240g/L氯氟醚菌唑·吡唑醚菌酯乳油进行分离和定量分析.结果表明,氯氟醚菌唑、吡唑醚菌酯的线性相关系数分别为1.000 0和1.0000,标准偏差为0.04和0.08,变异系数为0.41%和0.60%,平均回收率为100.40%和101.23%.

摘  要：
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of mefentrifluconazole and pyraclostrobin 240 g/L EC by HPLC with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase, Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column and DAD at 230 nm and 275 nm wavelength was described. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient for mefentrifluconazole and pyraclostrobin of 1. 000 0 and 1.000 0 respectively, the standard deviations of 0. 04 and 0. 08, the variation coefficients of 0. 41% and0. 60%, the average recoveries of 100. 40% and 101. 23% were obtained.
