组织合法性、风险规避与联合社合作稳定性

摘  要：
本文通过对一家典型联合社的案例分析,在全新定义联合社合作稳定性的基础上,构建出一个"组织合法性—风险规避—合作稳定性"的分析框架,探究组织合法性对联合社合作稳定性的影响。案例分析表明,组织合法性是实现联合社合作稳定性的重要因素。内部合法性通过避免成员社"搭便车"、发挥成员社比较优势和实现成员社福利水平提升三条途径降低联合社内部运行风险,避免了联合社出现成员社主动退社、成员社"搭便车"和成员社隐性入社三种形式的合作不稳定状况;外部合法性通过树立良好社会声誉、实现市场谈判实力的增强和延伸产业链三条途径降低了联合社外部市场风险,避免联合社出现因经营不善走向失败的合作不稳定状况。通过立法确立联合社法律地位、出台联合社示范章程、提升市场竞争力和加强内部制度建设是实现联合社合作稳定性的现实选择。

摘  要：
Based on the analysis of a typical case of thecooperative union,this paper constructs an analytical framework of "organizational legitimacy,risk aversion and cooperative stability"on the basis of the cooperative stability of the newly defined cooperative union to explore the impact of organizational legitimacy on the cooperative stability of the cooperative union. The case study shows that the organizational legitimacy is an important factor to realize the cooperative stability of the cooperativeunion. Internal organizational legitimacyreduces the internal operational risk of the cooperative union through three ways of avoiding the "free rider",exerting comparative advantages of the cooperatives and realize the cooperative welfare of cooperative unionto avoid taking the initiative to withdraw,recessive joined and the "free rider". External organizational legitimacy reduces the external market risk of the cooperative unionthrough three ways of setting up a good social reputation,enhancing market negotiation power and extending the industrial chain to avoid cooperative union failed due to poor management. It is a realistic choice to realize the stability of the cooperation union through thedetermination the legal status of the cooperative union through legislation,the promotion of market competitiveness,the enforcement of the standard charter of cooperative unionandthe reinforcement of the internal system construction.
