施氮和刈割频度对蕹菜再生及饲草产量和品质的影响

摘  要:
田间试验研究了施氮和刈割频度对蕹菜(Ipomoea aquatic)再生及饲草产量和品质的影响。结果表明:蕹菜再生草鲜草、干物质产量均随着施氮量的增加而增加,但随着刈割频度的增大而降低。在施氮量277.2 kg/hm2和415.8 kg/hm2处理下,蕹菜再生草鲜草产量分别达到75 441.1 kg/hm2和82 774.2 kg/hm2,但两者差异不显著(P>0.05)。再生草产量与株高和叶片数呈极显著正相关。再生生长期(2008年6月24~10月22日)刈割4次处理的再生草产量还与分枝数呈极显著正相关。再生草粗蛋白含量随着施氮量的增加而增加,但随着刈割频度的增大而降低。再生草干物质体外消化率随施氮量和刈割频度的增加而增加,而酸性洗涤纤维含量则随施氮量和刈割频度的增加而降低。

摘  要:
Effects of nitrogen application and cutting frequency on regrowth,forage yield and quality of water spinach(Ipomoea aquatica)was carried out under field experiment.The results showed that forage yield of aftergrass increased with increasing nitrogen application rate,but decreased with increasing cutting frequency.And the fresh yield reached up to 75441.1 kg/hm2 and 82774.2 kg/hm2 when 277.2 kg/hm2 and 415.8 kg/hm2 nitrogen application rate used respectively,however,The difference of forage yield of aftergrass was not significant(P>0.05).The forage yield positively correlated with plant height and leaf number,and positively correlated with shoot number under cutting 4 times.Moreover,crude protein content of the forage increased with increasing nitrogen application rate,but decreased with increasing cutting frequency.In vitro dry matter digestibility of aftergrass increased with increasing nitrogen application rate in 34.6~277.2 kg/hm2,and with increasing cutting frequency.On the contrary,acid detergent fiber content decreased with increasing nitrogen application rate and cutting frequency.
