野西瓜苗无性系建立的研究

摘要：

以野西瓜苗嫩茎为材料,进行了愈伤组织诱导,愈伤组织和不定芽分化,试管苗生根,试管苗移栽、扦插和移植的研究,成功的建立起野西瓜苗的无性系。结果证明:MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+2,4-D 1.0~1.5 mg/L是野西瓜苗嫩茎愈伤组织诱导的理想培养基;MS+AgNO31.0 mg/L+BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2~0.4 mg/L是诱导野西瓜苗嫩茎愈伤组织和不定芽分化的理想培养基;1/2 MS+IAA 0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L是诱导野西瓜苗试管苗生根培养的理想培养基;移植到山坡上的试管苗保持了野西瓜苗的生物性状,生长旺盛。

摘要：

The asexual line of Hibiscus trionum was established by the studies on the development of growing point,differentiation of adventitious buds,rooting,cutting and transplantation of tube seedling for the sprouts of Hibiscus trionum.The results showed that the ideal media for callus induction is MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+2,4-D 1.0～1.5 mg/L.The best media for differentiation is MS+AgNO3 1.0 mg/L+ BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2～0.4 mg/L.The medium of 1/2 MS +IAA 0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L is suitable for rooting and rhizome growth of tube seeding.The cinder is the ideal medium of transplanting and cutting.Field planting showes that the tube seeding grew well and keep all biological character.
