新型高效大棚育苗播种机的设计与结构分析

摘  要:
针对机械化育苗设备的缺陷以及人工育苗的不便,提出了一种适用于碗状培养皿(育苗钵)的新型高效大棚育苗播种机的设计方案。通过分析结构特点以及工作原理,设计了以链结构为基础,采用锥形变速器和气吸式装置的大棚育苗播种机,实现了播种间距可调和往复可移动自动播种。

摘  要:
The paper introduced the shortages of the traditional mechanical seeding equipments and the inconveniences of artificial seeding.A new efficient greenhouse planterIt is presented,which mainly applies for seedling pot.It is analyzed that the structure and working principle of the machine.Basing on the chain structure,it becomes a reality by using the tapered transmission and air-suction device that the adjustable seed spacing and reciprocating movable automatic seeding.
