摘  要：
会展人才短缺已经成为中国会展业转型升级的桎梏。因此全面总结当前人才培养模式的问题,从建构主义出发,改变原"知识本位"的人才培养模式设计,建立会展核心能力本位,构建环环相扣,又统一一体的"平台+模块"的人才培养体系子模块。这是以动制动,构建特色精致的会展教学体系和课程体系的基础。

摘  要：
Event talent shortage has become the shackles of the transformation and upgrading of Convention and Exhibition industry in China. Therefore, it is very important to do a comprehensive summary of the problem current educational model. From the constructivist view, the authors labor to construct a inter-linked and unified systemic module of "platform + Module" talent fostering pattern based on the Event core capability. This is base of what we refer as "move makes move." while constructing the specially delicate Event education system and curriculum system.
