摘  要：
根据党校干部教育的特点、党校学员的信息需求及党校图书馆的发展现状,阐述了图书馆嵌入式服务在党校干部教育中的重要性与必要性。探讨了为保证嵌入式服务项目的顺利启动与开展,图书馆管理层需要完成的工作。嵌入式馆员在项目进行中三阶段的工作范围。并指出为保证项目的良好持续性的发展,图书馆管理层应该解决好的问题。

摘  要：
Through analyzing the features of cadre education in Party Institute of CCP,cadre students’ information needs as well as the current status of library in research & teaching activities,this paper presents the importance and necessity of applications of the library’s embedded services in cadre education.The author also examines the work need to be done by library directors in order to start and develop the service project and embedded librarians’ job description in three different stages.Finally,the paper points out the issues that should be paid attention to for a sustainable development while the project being carried out.
