梳齿式采棉机籽棉清理装置的设计与性能试验

摘  要:
籽棉清理装置是梳齿式采棉机的关键部件之一,针对目前梳齿式采棉机工作性能不稳定,清杂后籽棉含杂率高等问题,设计了一种与梳齿式采棉机配套使用的籽棉清理装置,分析了该装置的结构和工作原理,进行了参数优选的田间性能试验,得出影响籽棉清理装置性能指标的主次因素为:锯齿辊转速>刷棉辊转速>刺钉辊转速2>刺钉辊转速1,各参数最优组合为:刺钉辊1转速393 r/min,刺钉辊2转速365 r/min,锯齿辊转速328 r/min,刷棉辊转速668 r/min,在此条件下籽棉含杂率降低至12.8%。

摘  要:
Seed cotton cleaning device is a comb-type cotton picker one of the key components for the current performance of comb-type cotton picker job instability,impurity of seed cotton,after the Qing high rate of complex problems,design of a comb-type cotton picker with supporting the use of seed cotton cleaning up test equipment,analysis of the device structure and principle,the parameters of the device for optimal field performance test results,the performance impact of seed cotton cleaning unit primary and secondary factors:serrated roller speed>Brush Cotton roller speed>Barbed nail roller speed 2>Barbed nail roller speed 1,the optimal combination of parameters:the speed of barbed nail roller 1 is 393r/min,that of barbed nail roller 2 is 365r/min,that of serrated roller is 328r/min,that of brush cotton roller is 668r/min,impurity of seed cotton in this condition,the rate decreased to 12.8%.
