基于AVL BOOST的单缸汽油机压缩比的优化设计

摘  要:
以单缸汽油机为研究对象,利用AVL BOOST软件建立其工作过程模型,选择合适的燃烧模型和传热模型,设置边界条件,并且将计算结果与试验结果进行了对比,验证了模型的正确性;在此基础上,对发动机的工作过程进行了数值模拟计算,重点研究了压缩比对总体性能的影响规律,最终确定最佳压缩比,为汽油机的改进和优化提供了理论依据。

摘  要:
With single -cylinder gasoline engine as the research object, in this paper, AVL BOOST software is used to establish the model of work process, a suitable combustion model and heat transfer model are chosen to set the boundary conditions, and the calculation results are compared with the experimental results to verify the correctness of the model. On this basis, the numerical simulation calculation is conducted to study the work process of engine, stressing the law of the impact on the overall performance by the compression ratio, and the best compression ratio is ultimately determined to provide the theoretical basis for the improvement and optimization of gasoline.
