单缸机室温冷启动的摩擦磨损研究

摘  要:
为研究单缸机室温冷启动活塞与缸套间摩擦磨损情况,进行单缸机室温无负荷冷启动摩擦磨损试验,试验结果表明随着润滑油温度的升高,良好油膜形成,缸体处振动RMS(Root Mean Square)与声发射(Acoustic Emission,AE)RMS逐渐降低,活塞与缸套间摩擦磨损减弱,润滑性能提升,通过小波分析,提取出活塞与缸套之间摩擦磨损振动与声发射信号主要的工作频率带,为进一步研究活塞与缸套之间的摩擦磨损提供参考。

摘  要:
To study the friction and wear between the piston and the cylinder sleeve of the single piston engine in cold starting at room temperature,the tests of cold starting with no load are carried on.The results of the tests show that with the increasing of the lubricating oil temperature,the kinetic viscosity decreasing,the good oil-film proceeding,the RMS of the vibration and AE of the single piston engine are reduced by degrees.With the wavelet analysis,the working frequency range is picked up,which is gainful to make further study of the friction and wear between the piston and the cylinder sleeve.
