橡实制备燃料乙醇菌种筛选及工艺考察

摘  要:
[目的]筛选适宜的橡实制备燃料乙醇的菌种,并优化该发酵工艺。[方法]以橡实粉为原料,筛选适宜的燃料乙醇发酵菌株,并对该工艺条件进行了优化。[结果]酿酒酵母FE-B是一株高效的耐受单宁中温菌株。以橡实粉制备燃料乙醇,当液化温度为95℃,乳液浓度为32%,液化pH为5.8,液化酶用量0.06%,糖化酶用量0.05%,发酵温度为36℃时,可获得较高产率的燃料乙醇。[结论]在纤维乙醇生产技术尚不成熟的前提条件下,为了发展非粮燃料乙醇,利用野生淀粉资源橡实发酵生产燃料乙醇是一种很好的选择。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to screen suitable strain for acorn producing fuel ethanol and optimize the fermentation process.[Method] Acorn powder as material,suitable strain for producing fuel ethanol was screened,and the process condition was optimized.[Result] Saccharomyces cerevisiae FE-B was an efficient mid-temperature strain with tannin tolerance.Acorn powder as material to produce fuel ethanol,when liquefaction temperature was 95 ℃,emulsion concentration was 32%,liquefaction pH was 5.8,liquifying enzyme amount was 0.06%,glucoamylase amount was 0.05%,fermentation temperature was 36 ℃,we could obtain high-yield fuel ethanol.[Conclusion] Under the premise that cellulosic ethanol production technology was not mature,to develop non-grain fuel ethanol,it was a good selection for using acorn to produce fuel ethanol.
