摘 要:
试验以札木合、壮力一号和光典二号3种南瓜类型的甜瓜砧木为供试材料,当砧木在子叶展平刚露新叶时进行断根扦插,研究不同地温(15、20、25℃)对甜瓜砧木再生根生长的影响。结果表明,砧木再生根的根系活力与根表面积、根系体积呈正相关;随着再生根的生长,其根系表面积、根系体积迅速增加;根系活力随着再生根的生长而逐渐上升。在同一测定时间时,3种砧木的根表面积、根系体积和根系活力均表现为地温20℃时达到最高值;其中砧木光典二号在20℃时根系发育最好。

摘 要:
Three muskmelon rootstocks named as ‘Zhamuhe',‘Zhuangli NO.1' and ‘Guangdian NO.2' were used to study the effects of different ground temperatures on growth of regenerated roots in muskmelon rootstock by root cutting and grafting when two cotyledons and one main leaf came out from the rootstock.Results showed that the root activity of rootstock regenerated root were positively correlated with the root surface area and volume.Roots surface area,volume and activity was increased with the increase of temperature,reaching the maxium value at 20 ℃.Root systems development of ‘Guangdian NO.2' were the best when the ground temperature was 20 ℃.
