中草药复合添加剂对高龄蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及蛋壳超微结构的影响

摘  要:
研究旨在探讨中草药复合添加剂对高龄蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及蛋壳超微结构的影响。选取900只440日龄海兰褐蛋鸡,分为对照组、试验组,每组各5个重复,每个重复90只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加0.2%中草药复合添加剂,预饲期7 d,试验期56 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验组死淘率与破(软)蛋率分别降低32.50%与15.11%(P<0.05),料蛋比降低9.38%(P<0.01),蛋壳强度、蛋白高度、哈氏单位分别提高12.38%、16.38%、9.84%(P<0.05),蛋黄相对质量、蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度均有上升的趋势;试验组蛋壳表面角质层较光滑,裂纹减少,裂隙减小且宽度较窄,垂直晶体层断面整齐,晶格棱角清晰排列致密,孔洞数量较多且分布均匀,大小一致,并且栅栏层结构致密,乳锥层紧密相连,乳突较宽并与蛋壳膜紧密相连。结果表明添加中草药复合添加剂能显著提高高龄蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质,改善蛋壳超微结构。

摘  要:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Chinese herbal compound additives on production performance, egg quality and eggshell ultrastructure of elderly laying hens. Nine hundred 440-day-age Hy-line Brown chickens were divided into the control group and experimental group with 5 replicates in each group and 90 chickens in each replicate. The control group was fed with basic diet, and the experimental group was fed with basic diet added with 0.2% Chinese herbal compound additives. The pre feeding period was 7 days and the experimental period was 56 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, the culling rate and broken(soft) egg rate in the experimental group decreased by 32.50% and 15.11% respectively(P<0.05), the feed egg ratio decreased by 9.38%(P<0.01), and the eggshell strength, protein height and Haugh unit increased by 12.38%, 16.38% and 9.84% respectively(P<0.05), the relative quality of egg yolk, egg shape index and eggshell thickness all increased; In the experimental group, the cuticle on the eggshell surface was smooth, the cracks were reduced and the width was narrow, the section of the vertical crystal layer was neat, the lattice edges and corners were clear, the arrangement was dense, the number of holes was large and evenly distributed, and the size was the same. The palisade layer was dense, the milk cone layer was closely connected, the mastoid process was wide and closely connected with the eggshell membrane. The results indicated that the additive could significantly improve the production performance and egg quality, eggshell ultrastructure of elderly laying hens.
