3种侧耳属菇类的性状观察与分析

摘  要：
[目的]进一步了解平菇、姬菇与秀珍菇3种侧耳属菇类的主要生物学性状。[方法]分别对3种侧耳属菇类的产量、生物学效率、子实体形态特征、孢子印、孢子形态及大小进行比较与分析。[结果]3种鲜菇的产量及生物学效率均是平菇>姬菇>秀珍菇;菇柄的长度、直径大小均为平菇>姬菇>秀珍菇;3种菇类的孢子印颜色和孢子形态、大小有一定的差异,可以进行区分。[结论]平菇、姬菇与秀珍菇同为侧耳属近缘种。平菇一般个体较大,产量较高;姬菇为中小型平菇,在侧耳属中价格最高、经济效益最显著;秀珍菇秀气而珍贵,有蟹香味,是侧耳属中最优秀的一个新品种。

摘  要：
[Objective] The main biological traits of three species of mushroom(Pleurotus ostreatus): Pinggu,Jigu and Xiuzhengu,were future understand.[Method] The yield,the biological efficiency,the morphologic character of fruiting body,the spore print,shape and size of spore of three species of mushrooms were compared and analyzed.[Result] The yield and biological efficiency of three species of mushrooms was Pinggu > Jigu >Xiuzhengu and also the length and diameter of stem was Pinggu > Jigu > Xiuzhengu.There were some differences in the color spore print and class and the shape and size of spore of three species of mushrooms,which was obvious.[Conclusion] Pinggu,Jigu,Xiuzhengu were the allied species of Pleurotus.In general,the body of individual Pinggu was largest with higher yield;the body of Jigu was middle size with the highest price in the products of Pleurotus,which economic benefit was the most significant and the size of Xiuzhengu was delicate and precious with the crab flavor,which was a the best variety in Pleurotus.
