基于交叉导流式种箱的稻种流动性及结拱研究

摘  要:
为了研究稻种在交叉导流式种箱中的流动特性及临界结拱状况,避免在播种过程中种箱内种子流断裂,影响对填充区的供种,利用散体力学对种箱出流口的临界结拱间隙距离进行近似推导,借助高清摄像相机对种箱内种子流动特性进行观察分析,并进行临界结拱间隙距离的试验。试验结果表明:在该结构模式下,种箱内种子能够实现整体流动,临界结拱间隙距离试验的结果与公式推导结果相近。在交叉导流式种箱的导种板间隙设计中,对于干燥物料,通过公式推导的结果可以作为参考值,对于湿种则需对公式进行系数修正。

摘  要:
In order to study rice flow characteristics and critical arching situation in the crossed diversion plate gap,avoid seed flow breaking during the sowing process,which could impact on the filling area of seed supply,this paper deduce approximately the critical arching gap of outflow port according to the theory of mechanics of granular media,take advantage of the HD video camera to observe the flowing characteristic of seeds in the seed-box,and conduct the experiment of testing critical arching gap.The results show that the seeds can achieve overall flow in this structural box,the results of critical arching gap are similar to the results of formula derivation.In the design of crossed diversion plate gap,the results can be used as reference values to design the seed box of dry seeds,but for wet seeds the formula coefficient need to be modified.
