YZ生物种衣剂配方研究

摘  要:
以枯草芽孢杆菌YZ原粉为有效成分,通过三轮正交试验,室内筛选了防治水稻纹枯病的生物种衣剂配方中各组分及最优配比,测定种衣剂粗产品的主要性能指标及对水稻纹枯病的防治效果,为拮抗菌YZ菌株的进一步开发利用提供依据。研究结果表明:种衣剂的最优配比为膨润土65.93%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5.49%,木质素磺酸钠6.59%,YZ原粉21.98%。与清水处理对照相比,防治水稻纹枯病的效果为64.64%。

摘  要:
To better utilize the antagonistic bacterial strain YZ,the formula of the biological seed coating with the fermenting powder of YZ strain was screened and optimized through three orthogonal designed tests.Then we determined the technical property and the control effect of the seed coating on Rhizoctonia solani Kühn.The experimental results showed that the composition consists of bentonite 65.93%,polyyinylpyrrolidone 5.49%,lignin sulfonate 6.59% and fermentation powder 21.98%.Compared with the water-treated control,the control efficiency of the seed coating against Rhizoctonia solani Kühn was 64.64%.
