Snea253生物种衣剂防治大豆胞囊线虫的研究

摘  要:
以生防放线菌Snea253菌株发酵液为主,配合其它微生物菌株制备生物种衣剂对大豆种子进行包衣处理,于播种后30~35 d计数大豆根外胞囊数量、土壤中胞囊数量和根内线虫数量,研究了Snea253生物种衣剂对大豆胞囊线虫的防治效果。结果表明:生物种衣剂A(复配菌株Snea253+Sneb207+元素组合+助剂)在康平和大庆试验基点对大豆根和土壤中胞囊线虫的抑制率显著高于空白对照和商品种衣剂对照,生物种衣剂B(复配菌株Snea253+Sneb482+Snef1024+元素组合+助剂)和生物种衣剂C(Snea253+元素组合+助剂)与商品种衣剂效果相当。从大豆植株的长势和测产的结果可知,生物种衣剂既可促进大豆的生长发育,还可有效抑制线虫繁殖,尤其生物种衣剂A促生、增产和控制胞囊线虫的效果显著。

摘  要:
Fermentation liquor of actinomycetes strain Snea253 and other microbial strains were used to prepare the biological seed coating,then we treated soybean seeds by these seed coating and sew them in experimental areas in Liaoning and Heilongjiang provinces.We counted the cysts outside the soybean roots and in the soil around the roots,and different stages soybean cyst nematodes inside the roots from 30 to 35 days after seeding.The results showed that the biological seed coating A(mixed biocontrol microorganisms Snea253+Sneb207+ elements+adjuvants) had significantly higher control effect than the no coated control and commodity seed coating control in the test fields.The biological seed coating B(mixed biocontrol microorganisms Snea253+Sneb482+Snef1024+elements+adjuvants) and the biological seed coating C(Snea253+ elements+adjuvants) were as good as the commodity soybean seed coating.Biocontrol seed coating could not only promote soybean growth and development,but also effectively suppress soybean cyst nematode numbers around soybean roots and increase soybean yield.They are safe and reliable,especially biological seed coating A can increase production and inhibit soybean cyst nematode numbers significantly.
