人参茎叶多糖对不同免疫水平蛋雏鸡生产性能的影响

摘  要:
为研究人参茎叶多糖(Ginseng stem and leaf polysaccharide,GSLP)对蛋雏鸡生长发育和饲料养分表观代谢率的影响。在分析GSLP多糖含量和组成的基础上,选用600只体质量相近[(52.79±4.58)g]的7日龄健康海兰褐雏鸡,随机分为10个处理组,每个处理组60只(3个重复,每个重复20只),其中5个处理组为正常处理组,其余为免疫抑制处理组。GSLP添加量分别为0,0.2,0.4,0.8,1.6 g/kg,试验期35 d。饲养试验结束后,进行消化代谢试验和屠宰试验。结果表明:GSLP降低了试验前期雏鸡的生长发育水平和饲料利用效率,提高了试验中、后期的生长发育水平和采食量;GSLP提高了饲料蛋白质和能量的表观代谢率(P<0.01),降低了雏鸡死亡率(P<0.01)。由此可见,GSLP对不同免疫水平蛋雏鸡的饲料养分表观代谢率和成活率具有一定的作用效果,但是对整体生产性能、饲料利用效率和免疫器官发育并无显著影响。

摘  要:
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of ginseng stem and leaf polysaccharide( GSLP) on growth and development and feed nutrient apparent metabolic rate of egg laying chicks.Based on the analysis of polysaccharide content and monosaccharide composition,600 7-day healthy Hy-line Variety Brown chicks[( 52. 79±4. 58) g]were divided randomly into 10 treatments,and 60 chicks in each treatment( 3 replications,20 chicks in each replication). Among them,5 treatments were normal,and the others were immuno-depression treatments,and GSLP additive levels were0 g / kg,0. 2 g / kg,0. 4 g / kg,0. 8 g / kg and 1. 6 g / kg in each treatment,respectively. Trial period was 35 days. Digestion and metabolism experiments and slaughter test were conducted after feedingexperiment. The results showed that: GSLP decreased growth and development and feed efficiency of chicks in early trial stage,but increased growth and development and feed intake in later trial stage;GSLP improved apparent metabolic rate of crude protein and gross energy( P < 0. 01),and decreased mortality rate( P<0. 01). In conclusion,GSLP has promotional effects on feed nutrient apparent metabolic rate and survival ratio,but has no significant effect on total productive performance,feed efficiency and immune organs development of egg laying chicks.
