苯丁锡与溴虫腈混合使用对朱砂叶螨的联合毒力和对家蚕的安全性评价

摘  要:
朱砂叶螨是对桑树危害严重的害螨之一,将苯丁锡与溴虫腈2种杀虫剂混合使用以增强对朱砂叶螨的化学防治效果。采用共毒因子法和共毒系数法评价了2种杀虫剂不同混配比例的增效作用,以食下毒叶法评价增效配比的混合药液对家蚕的急性毒性。苯丁锡和溴虫腈的质量比介于90.9∶9.1~81.1∶18.9间的共毒因子最大,二者的最佳配比为87∶13,对朱砂叶螨处理后24 h的LC50为22.45 mg/L,共毒系数为184.82,其毒力是单一苯丁锡处理毒力的4.15倍。最佳配比混合药液对家蚕3龄起蚕处理后24 h的LC50为461.00 mg/L,安全性系数为20.53,属于低风险农药。试验结果显示,苯丁锡和溴虫腈按一定的比例混合使用对朱砂叶螨的防治具有显著的增效作用,且对家蚕的急性毒性低,是具有应用价值的桑园杀螨复配药剂。

摘  要:
The carmine spider mite,Tetranychus cinnabarinus( Boisduval),is one of the mite pests causing serious damage to mulberry tree( Morus L.). In present study,insecticide mixture of fenbutatin-oxide and chlorfenapyr was used to enhance their chemical control effect to Tetranychus cinnabarinus. The enhanced control effect of fenbutatin-oxide and chlorfenapyr mixed with different ratios were evaluated by means of co-toxicity factor and co-toxicity coefficient,and their acute toxicities to Bombyx mori were investigated by feeding the larvae with poisoned mulberry leaves. The results showed that co-toxicity coefficient was the highest when the mass ratio of fenbutatin-oxide to chlorfenapyr was in the range of 90. 9∶ 9. 1 to 81. 1∶ 18. 9. The 24 h LC50( median lethal concentration) of fenbutatin-oxide and chlorfenapyr mixture at the optimal mass ratio of 87 ∶ 13 to Tetranychus cinnabarinus was 22. 45 mg / L with co-toxicity coefficient of184. 82,indicating that the toxicity of mixture solution was 4. 15 times to that of single application of fenbutatin-oxide. At24 h after treatment,the LC50 and safety coefficient of mixed solution at the optimal ratio to the 3rd instar newly exuviated larvae of Bombyx mori was 461. 00 mg / L and 20. 53,being insecticide of low toxicity grade to Bombyx mori. The ob-tained results indicate that mixed use of the two insecticides in a certain proportion had a significantly enhanced control effect to Tetranychus cinnabarinus and low acute toxicity to Bombyx mori,having promising controlling effect to mites in mulberry field.
