中草药添加剂改善猪肉品质剂型剂量优化筛选的验研究

摘  要:
选取28日龄杜长大断奶仔猪126头,根据胎次一致、品种相同、体重相近、公母各半的原则随机分为对照组,中药颗粒剂高、中、低组(在基础饲粮中分别添加中药颗粒剂1.5%、1%、0.5%)以及中药超微粉高、中、低组(在基础饲粮中分别添加中药超微粉1.5%、1%、0.5%),每组3个重复,每个重复6头. 肥育结束后,每组屠宰3头,对其背最长肌的氨基酸、脂肪酸及肌肉化学成分进行测定分析.结果显示,中药超微粉0.5%组可使猪肉鲜味氨基酸含量增加,脂肪酸中亚麻酸、亚油酸等人体所需的必需不饱和脂肪酸和花生四烯酸人体半必需不饱和脂肪酸显著增加,肌内脂肪含量提高达3.41%;胆固醇含量降低为40.96 mg/100 g. 综合考虑,在本试验条件下,中药超微粉低剂量组即中药超微粉0.5%添加量为最理想添加剂型和剂量.

According to the principle of parity consistent,varieties of the same,similar weight and male female half and half,126 Duroc-Landrace-Yorkshire weaned piglets were randomly divided into one control group and one Chinese medicine drug granules treatmentgroup which was divided into three levels of high,middle and low (the pigs were fed the basal diet plus Chinese medicine drug granulesof three levels at 1.5%,1%,0.5%) and one Chinese medicine superfine powder treatmentgroup which was divided into three levels of high,middle and low (the pigs were fed the basal diet plus Chinese medicine superfine powder of three levels at 1.5%,1%,0.5%) three replicates of each group and there were 6 pigs in each replicate.After fattening,3 pigs in each group were randomly selected and slaughtered to analyze amino-acids,fatty acids,muscle chemical composition in the back longus.Under the condition of this test,the results showed that the 0.5% superfine powder group is optimal formulation and dosage compared to the rest of the group,which significantly increased the content of delicious amino acid,linolenic acid and linoleic acid in the essential fatty acids,and which also significantly increased the content of arachidonic acid in the semi-essential unsaturated fatty acid.The content of intramuscular fat and cholesterol in the 0.5%superfine powder group reached 3.41 percent and 40.96 mg/100 g respectively.
