基于因子分析联合熵值法的重庆市璧山区设施葡萄经济效益分析与评价

摘  要:
【目的】通过对重庆市璧山区设施葡萄生产基地经济效益进行调查分析,为该地区设施葡萄基地投入有效性评价提供依据。【方法】收集2015年2月—2018年2月重庆市璧山区10个设施种植基地的总产值、总收益、净收入、生产规模、基地作业人数、基础设施设备投入、政府财政补助及自筹资金等指标数据,从投入产出比、资金生产率、土地生产率和劳动生产率4个方面构建指标体系,采用因子分析法联合熵值法,对设施葡萄生产基地的经济效益进行评价,并对两种方法进行对比分析。【结果】因子分析法中经济效益得分最高的基地为A_1,得分最低为A_6,其余基地平均得分-0.183,为负值;2015—2016、2016—2017和2017—2018年3个时期经济效益得分趋势线的斜率(k)分别为-0.1516、-0.1404和-0.1247,呈增长趋势。熵值法中经济效益得分最高的为基地A_1,得分最低的为A_3,其余基地平均得分为0.064,接近于0;3个时期经济效益得分趋势线的k分别为-0.0276、-0.0221和-0.0187,呈增长趋势。因此,由因子分析法和熵值法得出的璧山区设施葡萄效益结果相似,均表明各基地间经济效益差异明显,但3年期间经济效益差距逐渐缩小,设施葡萄种植产业现还处在发展阶段。【建议】针对璧山区大兴镇的设施葡萄发展阶段现状,提出应尽快组织对重庆市设施农业示范基地开展全面摸底调查,建立评价体系,制定针对性发展规划;优化政府资金使用向推进智能化、数据化及高新品种、新技术应用方向转移;从品种选择到发展理念全方位提升区域设施农业企业经营管理水平等建议。

摘  要:
【Objective】Through investigating and analyzing the economic benefits of the facility grape production base in,Bishan District,Chongqing,this paper provided a basis for the effective evaluation of the facility grape base in Daxing Town,Chongqing.【Method】Data on the total output value,total revenue,net income,production scale,number of base operators,infrastructure equipment investment,government financial subsidies,and self-raised funds from 10 facility planting bases in Daxing Town,Bishan District,Chongqing from February,2015 to February,2018 were collected. An indicator system was constructed from four aspects:input-output ratio,capital productivity,land productivity,and labor productivity. Factor analysis method combined with entropy method was used to evaluate the economic benefits of the production base,and the two methods were compared and analyzed.【Result】In the factor analysis method,the base with the highest score of economic benefit was A_1,the lowest score was A_6,and the average score of other bases was-0.183,which was negative. The slopes(k)of the trend line of economic benefit score in 2015-2016,2016-2017 and2017-2018 were-0.1516,-0.1404 and-0.1247,which showed an increasing trend. In entropy method,base A_1 had the highest score of economic benefit,A_3 had the lowest score,and the average score of other bases was 0.064,close to 0;the trend lines(k)of economic benefit scores in 2015-2016,2016-2017 and 2017-2018 were -0.0276,-0.0221 and -0.0187,respectively,showing an increasing trend. Therefore,the economic benefits of facility grape production base in Bishan District by factor analysis and entropy method were similar,there were obvious differences in economic benefits among the bases,but within three years,the economic benefit gap gradually narrowed,and the protected grape planting industry was still in the development stage.【Suggestion】In view of the present situation of the development stage of the protected grape in Daxing Town,Bishan District,it is suggested that the parties concerned should organize a comprehensive investigation of Chongqing's protected agricultural demonstration base as soon as possible,establish an evaluation system,and formulate a targeted development plan;optimize the use of government funds to promote the direction of intelligent,databased and high-tech new varieties and new technology application;and comprehensively improve the regional level of facility agricultural enterprises from variety selection to development concept on operation and management.
