山西省贫困县城镇化发展模式探索

摘  要：
加快城镇化发展,是我国全面建设小康社会的必然要求。山西贫困县面积大,农村城镇化发展滞后,已成为影响山西经济发展的重要因素。在"十二五"时期,如何推进贫困县城镇化进程,是实现山西省转型跨越发展的一个重大课题。该研究探索了全省57个贫困县城镇化发展的途径与对策,为全省"十二五"时期城镇化发展提供参考。

摘  要：
It is necessary to accelerate the urbanization development for building well-off society in an all-round way in China.The big acreage of poverty counties and the lags behind development of the urbanization in the rural areas have become the important factors influencing the economic development of Shanxi province.During "The twelfth Five-Year Plan" period,how to promote the urbanization of poverty-stricken counties is a major issue for realizing the province's transitional leap-forward development.The ways and countermeasures of the urbanization development for 57 poverty counties were discussed which could provide references for the development of the urbanization of Shanxi province during "The twelfth Five-Year Plan" period.
