摘  要：
在社会主义新农村建设战略中,农村职业教育被贫困县定位为提高农民素质和外出务工的能力,加快农村剩余劳动力转移的主要途径,而专业化农民培养基地建设又是当前农村职业教育的主要方略。分析了专业化农民培养基地的内涵和贫困县专业化农民培养基地建设的背景,总结了贫困县专业化农民培养基地的战略任务,提出了贫困县专业化农民培养基地建设的措施。

摘  要：
In the strategic construction of socialist new countryside,poverty-stricken counties in rural vocational education has been positioned to enhance the quality of the peasants and the ability of migrant workers,and speed up the transfer of rural surplus labor force.While the professional training base for the building of the farmers in rural vocational education is currently the main strategy.This paper analyzed the content of professional training base for the farmers and the background of the building of professional training base for the farmers in the poverty-stricken counties.It summed up the strategic task and put forward building measures of the poverty-stricken counties professional training base for the farmers.
