生态因子对缘管浒苔生殖细胞放散的影响

摘  要:
为了解缘管浒苔生殖过程的特点与规律,通过在不同生态因子条件下单株培养缘管浒苔,计算出缘管浒苔生殖细胞放散后的排空率,探讨不同的生态因子对缘管浒苔生殖细胞放散过程的影响。实验结果表明:缘管浒苔生殖细胞放散的最适环境因子组合为温度18℃、光强7 000lx、盐度33‰。在此条件下,生殖细胞放散速率达到最大。18℃最利于缘管浒苔生殖细胞的放散,随着温度的升高放散量减小,到27℃时几乎不放散。而17‰、25‰、33‰三个梯度的盐度处理和3 000lx、5 000lx、7 000lx三个梯度的光强处理对于缘管浒苔生殖细胞放散并无显著影响。总体而言,温度对于缘管浒苔生殖细胞放散的影响最显著,盐度居第二位,温度与盐度的交互作用居第三位。

摘  要:
The aim of this experiment was to explore the impact of different ecological factors such as temperature,salinity and light intensity on the reproductive process of Enteromorpha linza(E.linza).By calculating the ratio of evacuation we can achieve this goal.The thalli of E.linza used in this experiment were single growing.The results showed that the most suitable temperature,salinity and light intensity for spores release of E.linza was 18℃,33‰and 7000lx,respectively.18℃ was the most suitable temperature for the reproductive process of E.linza,and there was a trend that the spores release number of E.linza decreased with the increase of temperature.The term cells were nearly no leaving when the temperature attains to 27 ℃.However no significant differences were found among the three different salinity treatments(17‰,25‰,and 33‰)and the three light intensity treatments(3 000lx,5 000lx,and 7 000lx).Temperature plays the most important role during the germ cell's leaving,and then was the salinity,the third important ecological factor was the impaction of temperature and salinity.
