摘  要:
目的:探讨黄芪多糖(Astragalus Polysaccharide,APS)对2型糖尿病大鼠脂肪组织抵抗素(Resistin)蛋白表达的影响。方法:将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、APS高、中、低剂量治疗组。用药12周后,采用SDS-PAGE检测Resistin蛋白质表达水平。结果:APS高、中剂量治疗组Resistin蛋白表达低于模型组水平(P<0.01)。结论:APS可下调2型糖尿病大鼠Resistin蛋白表达,从而实现其降血糖作用。

摘  要:
【Objective】 To investigate the effect of Astragalus Polysaccharides(APS) on protein expression of resistin of rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus.【Method】 Wistar rats were randomly divided into the control group,model group and high,middle,low doses of APS groups.The protein expression of resistin was determind by SDS-PAGE at the end of 12 weeks.【Result】 The protein expression of resistin decreased in the middle and high doses of APS groups.【Conclusion】 APS could decrease insulin resistance by decreasing protein expression of resistin in 2-DM rats.
