黄麻链霉菌NF0919菌株对草莓枯萎病的生防活性初探

摘  要:
采用菌丝生长速率法测定了黄麻链霉菌NF0919发酵液对草莓枯萎病菌的室内毒力,并进行了防治草莓枯萎病的室内盆栽试验。结果表明:NF0919菌株发酵液和申嗪霉素对草莓枯萎病菌菌丝生长抑制的EC50值分别为24.3752和0.4001μg/mL;NF0919菌株发酵上清20倍液和1%申嗪霉素SC 800倍液药后30 d对草莓枯萎病的防效分别为65%和90%。

摘  要:
We determined the indoor toxicity of the fermentation broth of Streptomyces corchorusii strain NF0919 to the pathogen( Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. fragariae) of strawberry fusarium wilt through adopting mycelial growth rate method,and carried out the indoor pot experiment for the control of strawberry fusarium wilt. The results indicated that the EC50 values of NF0919 fermentation broth and Phenazine-1-carboxylic against the mycelial growth of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. fragariae were 24. 3752 and0. 4001 μg /mL respectively. On the 30 th day after root-pouring treatment with the 20-fold dilution of fermentation supematant of NF0919 or the 800-fold dilution of 1% Phenazine-1-carboxylic SC,their control effect on strawberry fusarium wilt reached 65%or 90%,respectively.
