2株降解纤维素放线菌的鉴定

摘  要：
为了确定两株分离自土壤的降解纤维素放线菌F5-12和F3-2的分类地位,通过对两株菌进行形态特征、生理生化特征测定以及16S rDNA序列分析的鉴定方法,确定F5-12为黄麻链霉菌(Streptomyces corchorus),将其命名为Streptomyces corchorus F5-12。确定F3-2为白酒红链霉菌(Streptomyces albovinaceus),将其命名为Streptomyces albovinaceus F3-2。

摘  要：
To identify the classification position of these two actinomycetes strains F5-12 and F3-2,they were isolated from soil,and could decomposed cellulose. based on the morphological,physiological and phylogenetic analysis of 16S rDNA,F5-12 was identified as Streptomyces corchorus,and named Streptomyces corchorus F5-12. F3-2 was identified as Streptomyces albovinaceus,and named Streptomyces albovinaceus F3-2.
