防治辣椒根腐病杀菌剂筛选及盆栽药效试验

摘  要:
辣椒根腐病是辣椒生产中的重要病害之一,研究测定了l5种杀菌剂对辣椒根腐病病菌的室内毒力,并进行了盆栽药效试验。室内毒力测定结果表明:氟硅唑抑菌效果最好,EC50值为0.08mg/L;其他依次为丙环唑、苯醚甲环唑、多菌灵、噻菌灵、腈菌唑。盆栽试验结果表明:氟硅唑的平均防效达83.75%,丙环唑的平均防效为79.36%,腈菌唑的平均防效最低,为55.87%。

摘  要:
Root rot is one of the most important diseases of pepper. Experiments of fungicidal activities and pot control efficacy of 15 fungicides against pepper root rot(Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht) were conducted. Bioassay results showed that flusilazole was the most effective fungicide against Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht with EC50 of 0.08 mg/L, followed by propiconazole, difenoconazole, carbendazim, myclobutanil and thiabendazole. Flusilazole and propiconazole could effectively control pepper root rot, the average control efficacy reached to 83.75% and 79.36%, respectively. The control effects of myclobutanil was the lowest, the average control efficacy reached to 55.87%.
