车载铅酸蓄电池SOC和SOH的在线估算

摘  要:
为提高铅酸蓄电池SOC和SOH估算精度,基于Randles铅酸蓄电池模型,采用卡尔曼滤波算法(KF)对该模型参数进行辨识,利用辨识的参数离线估计蓄电池的SOH和开路电压V_(oc)。利用不同SOH下的蓄电池SOC和开路电压V_(oc)之间的关系曲线(SOC-V_(oc)),对蓄电池的SOC进行估计。进行了相关的蓄电池测试实验。实验结果表明,此种SOH、SOC估算的方法具有较高的可靠性和可行性,SOH和SOC的估计精度分别为4.58%和5.05%,具有很高的准确性。

摘  要:
In order to estimate the State of Health(SOH) and the State of Charge(SOC)of lead-acid battery, based on Randles' lead-acid battery model, the Kalman Filter(KF) is used to identify the parameters of this model, the SOH and open circuit voltage(V_(oc)) of battery are estimated offline by using these identified parameters. By using SOC-V_(oc) correlation curves under different SOH values, the battery SOC is estimated. Relevant battery test experiments are carried out. Experimental results demonstrate that the method of SOH and SOC estimation has high reliability and feasibility, the estimation accuracies of SOC and SOH are 4.58% and 5.05% respectively, the precision is extremely high.
