农用车辆铅酸蓄电池快速充电系统设计

摘  要:
设计了一种农用车辆铅酸蓄电池快速充电系统,阐述了在充电过程中加入反向放电负脉冲能够加快充电速度的原理,给出了硬件设计框图,设计了快速充电系统的主电路以及反向放电负脉冲的放电电路。通过实验得到了该系统的充电波形,证实了该系统所使用的快速充电方法切实有效,提高了农用车辆铅酸蓄电池对于充电电流的接受能力,加快了充电速度,达到了设计目的。

摘  要:
Paper designed an fast charging system for lead-acid battery of agricultural vehicle,elaborated the principle that charging with negative pulse can accelerate the charging speed,given out the bock diagram of the hardware design,designed the main circuit and the negative pulse discharge circuit of the rapid charging system.Obtained the charging waveform through the experiments,confirmed the fast charging method used in the system is effective,improved the charge current acceptance of the agricultural vehicle lead-acid battery,accelerated the charging speed,and achieved the requirements of designed.
