低温下硝普钠对马铃薯试管苗生理指标的影响

摘  要:
为了解较低温下硝普钠对马铃薯试管苗的影响,在4℃低温胁迫下,研究了一氧化氮供体硝普钠(sodium nitroprusside,SNP)处理对陇薯3号试管苗的丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸及叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:4℃低温可以对试管苗产生胁迫,0.05mmol/L和0.10mmol/L的SNP都可以导致其MDA、可溶性蛋白和叶绿素含量都有所上升,其中0.10mmol/L的SNP可以缓解低温造成的胁迫。

摘  要:
In order to find out the influence of sodium nitroprusside (SNP) on potato tube seedlings under low temperature, the impacts of SNP on contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), soluble protein, proline and chlorophyll in Longshu Ⅲ test-tube seedlings under low temperature (4℃ ) were studied. The results showed that under 4℃ low temperature can make stress on the test-tube seedlings; 0.05 mmol/L and 0.10 mmol/L of SNP could lead contents of MDA, soluble protein and chlorophyll in Longshu Ⅲ test-tube seedlings to an increase, of which 0.10 mmol/L SNP can relief the stress under the low temperature.
