氟化钠对玉米种子萌发酸性磷酸酯酶等酶活性的影响

摘  要:
试验结果表明,低浓度NaF对玉米种子萌发有促进作用,高浓度有抑制作用,而且浓度越高,抑制作用越大,根生长比芽易受NaF抑制。NaF对酸性磷酸酯酶、α淀粉酶、(α+β)淀粉酶活性的效应与对根、芽的效应相似,低浓度促进酶活性,高浓度抑制酶活性,而且NaF浓度越高,酶活性抑制越大。NaF对过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶活性的效应与根、芽的效应相反,低浓度时,酶活性比对照低,高浓度时,酶活性比对照高,而且NaF浓度越高,酶活性越大。

摘  要:
The seeds of corn cultivar "Suyu 1" were used as an experimental material and the germinating test of seeds treated with NaF of various concentrations was carried out in order to study the effects of sodium fluoride on the enzyme activities in the germination of corn seeds.The results showed that the NaF of low concentration could promote the germination of corn seeds,but the NaF of high concentration had an inhibiting action on the germination of corn seeds,and the higher the concentration,the greater the inhibiting action.The root growth was more easily inhibited by NaF than the sprout.The effects of NaF on the activities of acid phosphoesterase,α-amylase and(α+β)amylase were similar to those on both the root and the sprout.The NaF of low concentration promoted the enzyme activities while the high one inhibited them,and the higher the concentration of NaF,the greater the inhibition.The effects of NaF on the activities of catalase,peroxidase and polyphenoloxidase were contrary to those on both the root and the sprout,that is,at the low concentration the enzyme activities were lower than CK,and at the high concentration the enzyme activities were higher than CK,and the higher the concentration of NaF,the greater the enzyme activities.
