摘  要：
分析了国内外渔用疫苗产品研发与应用现状,目前全球超过140种疫苗获得生产许可,中国渔用疫苗相关研究涉及病原27种(类)。未来水生动物疫苗佐剂、抗原载体技术、规模化生产工艺和水产免疫基础等方面将成为研究热点,浸泡口服、多联多价疫苗及区域差异化免疫方案等将成为重要的技术需求,渔用疫苗将为水产动物疫病防治发挥重要作用。

摘  要：
In this review,the product development and current application status of fishery vaccine at home and abroad were summarized and analyzed. Today,more than 140 kinds of fishery vaccine were licensed around the world, and 27 kinds of pathogens were involved in the research of fishery vaccine in China. The research of aquatic animal vaccine adjuvants,expressing systems for vaccine production,industrialization production technology and fundamental immunology of aquatic animals is becoming hotspot of study in the future. Immersion and oral immunization,polyvalent and combined vaccines,different immunization programs of regions is becoming an important technical requirements. The fishery vaccine will play an important role in disease prevention and control in aquatic animals.
