插切矩形齿廓花键轴节圆半径的确定

摘要：

用展成法加工各种共轭曲面具有诸多优点。齿廓为矩形的花键轴可用展成法加工。在加工时,如果工件节圆选得不当,就会产生顶切或其他问题。本文针对这一问题进行探讨。

There are many advantages to make every conjugate curve surfaces by using gear generating method. The method can be used to make spline shaft with rectangular tooth profile. If the pitch circle of work-piece is selected improperly tooth overcut-ting and other problems can be also caused, In this paper the author discussed this problem
