基于WSN和PLC的远程温室监控系统设计

摘  要:
针对传统温室环境监控存在的地域、距离限制以及监控系统布线冗杂、数据时延性等问题,设计基于无线传感器网络(WSN)和可编程控制器(PLC)的温室监控系统。首先以CC2530芯片为核心,搭建了基于ZigBee的星型拓扑无线传感器网络。然后设计WSN与PLC的通信协议,实现环境检测数据的实时动态传输。最后,提出PLC现场控制的温湿度模糊控制策略,以应对温室控制的强非线性。该系统传感网络组网灵活,温室数据实时远程发布,为物联网和PLC现场控制系统融合提供了一种有效途径。

摘  要:
In order to solve the problems of traditional greenhouse environment monitoring, such as the area, distance limitation, wiring redundancy and data delay, the greenhouse monitoring system based on wireless sensor network and programmable controller was designed. First, the CC2530 chip was the core, and a star topology wireless sensor network based on ZigBee was built. Then the communication protocol between WSN and PLC was designed to realize the real-time dynamic transmission of environmental detection data. Finally, the fuzzy control strategy of temperature and humidity for PLC field control was proposed to deal with the strong nonlinearity of greenhouse control. The sensor network was flexible and the greenhouse data was released remotely in real time, which provides an effective way for the integration of the field control system of the internet of things and PLC.
