德昂族酸茶的科技人类学考察

摘  要：
在德昂族现有的语境下,从史实资料整理出发,根据相关的报道和文献整理,掌握德昂族关于酸茶的来源与历史,并通过创世史诗《达古达楞格莱标》和神话传说《弄阿铁兰嘎》阐述酸茶对德昂族的意义;通过实地田野调查,走访德昂族人士,访谈获取德昂族有关酸茶制作的原料选取、加工工具及材料、工艺流程、储藏方法,并从少数民族科技史的视角将德昂族酸茶制作技艺进行记录整理;在此基础上,通过日常品饮与食茶、祭祀敬奉的社会功能、茶文化所具的人际交往手段以及防病治病功能的探索,进一步探析德昂族酸茶文化发展的原因。

摘  要：
Based on the existing context of De' ang nationality,the study begins with the collation of historical documentation and depends on the relevant reports and document sorting,so as to master the origin and history about De'ang nationality acid tea very well,at the same time,this study expounds acid tea's significance through the creation epic and the myth; to obtain dates about selecting raw materials,processing tools and materials,technological process,storage method of manufacture,the study develops field investigation as well as interviews the local people,meanwhile,makes a record of manufacture technique of acid tea in view of the science and technology history of minorities; on this basis,through the social function of daily drinking tea and eating,as well as sacrifice and worship,interpersonal communication means owned by the tea culture,and disease prevention and cure function,the study takes further exploration on reasons of acid tea culture development.
