摘  要:
对子莲、莲肉的外形尺寸( 长度和直径) ,莲心直径,莲壳厚度以及莲肉与莲壳的密度进行了测量。测量数据表明:子莲、莲肉的外形尺寸( 长度和直径) ,莲心直径,莲壳厚度的测量数据均有一个分布集中的区间,对设计莲子初加工设备有参考价值;莲肉和莲壳的密度测量数据表明两者的密度值差异甚大,既可用重力式也可用水选法来分离莲肉和莲壳。

摘  要:
The experimental results on physical properties of lotus seed are introduced and analyzed. The measured data includes the out size of the whole lotus seed and lotus seed's core, the thickness of lotus seed's shell, the density of lotus seed's shell and lotus seed's core. These data may help to design equipment for processing lotus seed. Lotus seed's shell can be separated from lotus seed's core by gravity separator because of their different densities.
