响应面法优化蔗梢多酚提取工艺

摘  要:
【目的】优化蔗梢多酚提取工艺条件,为蔗梢多酚的开发利用提供技术参考。【方法】以新台糖22号的蔗梢为试验原料、多酚提取率为指标,采用响应面法建立二次回归方程,以优化蔗梢多酚的提取工艺条件。【结果】通过响应面分析建立蔗梢多酚提取回归方程为:Y=4.41+0.087A+0.074B+0.110C+0.073AB+0.086AC-0.072BC-0.056A2-0.37B2+0.070C2(A为提取温度,B为乙醇体积分数,C为提取时间,Y为蔗梢多酚提取率,R2=0.9814),该模型拟合度较好;确定各因素对提取率影响的顺序依次为:提取时间>提取温度>乙醇体积分数,3个因素对蔗梢多酚提取率均有极显著影响(P<0.01),两因素间的交互作用均有显著影响(P<0.05);最佳提取工艺条件:以51%乙醇为提取溶剂,在超声波功率720 W、提取温度70℃的条件下提取90 min,蔗梢多酚提取率为4.649%,达到理论预测值的98.8%。【结论】建立的二次数学模型对蔗梢多酚提取具有良好的预测作用。

摘  要:
【Objective】The extraction process conditions of polyphenols from sugarcane top were optimized to provide reference for development and utilization of polyphenols from sugarcane top. 【Method】Using sugarcane top of Xintaitang 22 as raw materials and extraction rate of polyphenols as index, the response surface methodology were used to establish quadratic regression equation and optimize polyphenols extraction conditions. 【Result】The results showed that the quadratic regression equation were established through response surface analysis, as follow :Y=4.41+0.087A+0.074B+0.110C+0. 073AB+0. 086AC-0. 072BC-0. 056A2- 0.37B2+0.070C2(A was extraction temperature, B was ethanol volume fraction,C was extraction time, Y was extraction rate of polyphenols, R2=0.9814), and the model had high fitting degree. The order of factors affecting extraction rate of polyphenols from primary to secondary were as follows: extraction time> extraction temperature > ethanol volume fraction. In addition, these 3 influencing factors had extremely significant effect on extraction rate of polyphenols(P<0.01), and the interaction between every two factors had significant effect on extraction rate of polyphenols(P<0.05). The optimized extraction conditions were as follows: 51% ethanol volume fraction as extraction solvent, ultrasonic power of 720 W, extraction temperature of 70 ℃, extracting time of 90 min. Under the above optimum conditions, the extraction rate reached up to 4.649%, which was 98.8% of theoretical value. 【Conclusion】The established model have good prediction in extraction process of polysaccharides from sugarcane top.
