一种具有仿形功能的竹材激光雕刻机的设计

摘  要:
激光加工由于受到激光聚焦后焦点位置的影响,只能加工表面比较平整的材料。具有仿形功能的竹材激光雕刻机利用CCD激光测距传感器和伺服焦距调节机构的激光雕刻机的设计方法,专门针对竹材表面具有尖削度、不圆度、不直度和起伏度缺陷的异形表面材料,用于对竹材表面进行加工。

摘  要:
Laser processing device only can process the material whose surface is smooth because of restricted laser focus. Description was made on a design of profiling laser-engraving machine. The machine designed with CCD sensor and laser range can carve bamboo with surface abnormity such as taper, straightness, round and fluctuations. Experiment showed that the machine received better effect to engrave bamboo.
