基于机器视觉的激光加工在线检测系统设计

摘  要:
激光加工作为高精密加工,对其加工质量的检测一直是一个重要的问题.相较于传统人工检测效率低、重复性不高等缺点.为此,设计了一套基于机器视觉的激光加工在线检测系统.该系统通过图像采集系统捕捉激光加工工件的表面图像特征,通过对拍摄到的图片进行图像增强、图像分割、边缘提取等一系列操作,提取出图像的轮廓信息,然后将获得的图像轮廓用最小二乘法拟合圆得到圆心坐标以及圆半径,求得圆度,实现了高精度的在线测量.试验结果表明,所设计的系统能够快速对激光加工的工件进行在线测量,该系统操作简便,精度较高.

摘  要:
Laser processing as a high-precision processing, the detection to its processing quality has always been an important issue. Comparing with the traditional manual detection, which has low efficiency and low repeatability, this paper designs an on-line laser processing detection system based on machine vision. The system captures the image features of laser-processed workpiece surface by image acquisition system. Through a series of operations such as image enhancement, image segmentation and edge extraction, the contour information of the image is extracted. Then the circle coordinates and radius are obtained by fitting the circle with the least square method, and the roundness is obtained. The online measurement with high precision is realized. The experimental results show that the designed system can quickly measure the laser-processed workpiece online. The system is easy to operate and has high accuracy.
