产蛋高峰期临武鸭苏氨酸需要量

摘  要:
本试验旨在研究饲粮中苏氨酸水平对30~38周龄临武鸭产蛋性能、蛋品质和血清生化指标的影响,以确定临武鸭产蛋高峰期的苏氨酸需要量。试验选取体重相近,健康状况良好、产蛋率无显著差异(P>0.05)的临武鸭200只,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复8只鸭。各组饲粮中苏氨酸水平分别为0.55%、0.60%、0.65%、0.70%和0.75%。试验期63 d。结果表明:1)0.65%苏氨酸水平组的料蛋比显著低于0.55%苏氨酸水平组(P<0.05)。饲粮中苏氨酸水平对平均日采食量、产蛋率、平均蛋重和日产蛋量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)0.65%、0.70%和0.75%苏氨酸水平组的蛋白高度和哈氏单位显著高于0.55%苏氨酸水平组(P<0.05)。饲粮中苏氨酸水平对蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度、蛋黄色泽、蛋黄比例、蛋壳比例和蛋白比例均无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)0.70%苏氨酸水平组血清中总蛋白含量显著高于0.55%苏氨酸水平组(P<0.05)。0.65%苏氨酸水平组血清中谷丙转氨酶活性显著高于0.55%苏氨酸水平组(P<0.05)。0.65%、0.70%和0.75%苏氨酸水平组血清中尿素氮含量显著低于0.55%和0.60%苏氨酸水平组(P<0.05)。饲粮中苏氨酸水平对血清中白蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、尿酸、肌酐含量及碱性磷酸酶、谷草转氨酶活性无显著影响(P>0.05)。4)二次曲线分析结果表明,分别以料蛋比和血清尿素氮含量为评价指标,产蛋高峰期临武鸭苏氨酸需要量分别为0.67%和0.69%。由此可见,饲粮中适宜水平的苏氨酸能够提高临武鸭产蛋性能、蛋品质和机体蛋白质利用率。综合这些指标,产蛋高峰期(30~38周龄)临武鸭饲粮中苏氨酸适宜水平为0.67%~0.69%。

摘  要:
This experiment w as conducted to study the effects of dietary threonine( Thr) level on grow th performances,egg quality and serum biochemical indices of Linwu ducks aged form 30 to 38 w eeks,and to evaluate Thr requirement of Linwu ducks during the peak laying period. A total of 200 healthy Linwu ducks w ith nearly same body w eight and laying rate( P > 0. 05) w ere randomly assigned to 5 groups w ith 5 replicates in each group and 8 ducks in each replicate. Ducks in the five groups w ere fed basal diets supplemented w ith0.55%,0.60%,0.65%,0.70% and 0.75% Thr,respectively. The experiment lasted for 63 days. The results show ed as follow ed: 1) The feed to egg ratio in 0. 65% Thr level group w as significantly low er than that in0.55% Thr level group( P< 0.05). Dietary Thr level had no significant effects on average feed intake,laying rate,average egg w eight and daily egg yield( P > 0. 05). 2) The albumen height and Haugh unit in 0. 65%,0.70% and 0.75% Thr level groups w ere significantly higher than those in 0.55% Thr level group( P< 0.05).Dietary Thr level had no significant effects on egg shape index,eggshell thickness,yolk color,percentage of yolk,percentage of eggshell and percentage of albumen( P > 0. 05). 3) The serum total protein content in0.70% Thr level group w as significantly higher than that in 0.55% Thr level group( P< 0.05). The serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase activity in 0.65% Thr level group w as significantly higher than that in 0. 55% Thr level group( P< 0.05). The serum urea nitrogen content in 0.65%,0.70% and 0.75% Thr groups w as significantly low er than that in 0.55% and 0.60% Thr level groups( P < 0. 05). Dietary Thr level had no significant effects on albumin,total cholesterol,triglyceride,uric acid,creatinine contents and alkaline phosphatase,aspartate aminotransferase activities in serum( P> 0.05). 4) There w as a quadratic behavior for feed/egg and serum urea nitrogen content according to the Thr level in the diets,w ith the requirements for those parameters established at 0.67% and 0.69%,respectively. The results indicate that the optimal Thr level in diets can improve laying performance,egg quality and protein availability of Linwu ducks. Synthesize these indicators,the suitable dietary Thr level of Linwu ducks in peak laying period( 30 to 38 w eeks of aged) is 0. 67% to 0. 69%.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2017,29( 10) : 3489-3495]
